Paradigm Digital is a performance marketing agency based in Bangkok, Thailand.
2. What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it — primarily through the contact form on this website. This may include your name and email address, your company name, details about your business and marketing goals, and your monthly ad spend range.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data — such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level). This data is collected via cookies and is used solely to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.
3. How we use your data
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry or consultation request, provide information about our services, and communicate about a potential or existing engagement. We will not use your data for any purpose you have not consented to, and we will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing
Under the PDPA, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit our contact form) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for up to 3 years, unless a longer retention period is required by law or an ongoing client relationship exists. Data is deleted securely once it is no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, delete your personal data (subject to legal obligations), withdraw consent at any time, and object to or restrict our processing. 7. Third-party services
This website uses Google Fonts for typography. Google may collect limited technical data (such as IP address) when fonts are loaded — please refer to Google's privacy policy for details. If you book a consultation via a third-party scheduling tool, that service's own privacy policy will apply to data collected through that booking.
8. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
